Mobile applications (Avia Assistant, AVIA Pointage)

Our mobile applications connect exclusively to your company's AVIA ERP instance. They only collect the data required to operate:

• Account identifiers: a business login (or an operator PIN for shop-floor timekeeping) and authentication tokens, stored encrypted on the device.
• Notification tokens: a technical token (Firebase Cloud Messaging) used to deliver due-date and event notifications — never used for advertising.
• Business data you enter: time records, produced quantities and shop-floor declarations, stored in your company's ERP, never on third-party servers.
• No ads, no data resale, no location tracking. Account or data deletion is exercised through your company administrator or the DPO below.

Security & Sharing (ISO 27001 Compliance)

DevPro Solutions never sells your personal data. In rare circumstances, we may share essential data with strictly audited technical partners to provide required services (e.g., secure cloud hosting). All subcontractors are legally bound by draconian confidentiality clauses aligned with our standards.
