Industrial rigor. Without friction.

AVIA ERP is the industrial ERP that enforces your business rules: production, inventory, purchasing, sales and quality in one database, with approval thresholds, mandatory controls and quality requirements the system checks itself.

Example rule

If
the amount of a purchase exceeds a tier
Then
approval at the required level is demanded
The refusal says
the amount, the threshold and the expected level

Lean or Six Sigma: is your problem lead time or variation?

Lean and Six Sigma are two distinct methods: Lean tackles waste and lead time, Six Sigma tackles variation. Confusing them means applying the wrong remedy. Before choosing, work out whether your problem is one of lead time or of variation, then limit a first project to one part number, one machine and one defect.

Read the guide

Lean comes from Toyota and targets waste, meaning anything that consumes time or material without the customer being willing to pay for it. Six Sigma comes from Motorola and targets variation: the same operation does not give the same result twice.

How it works

From the ERP to continuous improvement

From the ERP foundation to continuous improvement: a chain where each link builds on the previous one.

  1. Industrial ERP : One foundation: production, inventory, purchasing, sales and quality share the same data.
  2. Business rules : Thresholds, scopes and severity set by the consultant, simulated over 90 days before activation.
  3. Workflows & automation : Approval steps, approvers, deadlines and escalation, triggered server-side.
  4. Operational data : Each sensitive change keeps the old value, the new one, the author and the date; twelve risk signals read this data.
  5. AI : The copilot explains a refusal in plain language and guides step by step; it never writes without confirmation.
  6. Continuous improvement : The Lean modules (SMED, 5S audit, improvement plan) turn what you observe into tracked actions.

Mobile management in action

A real-time view of orders, delays and critical alerts: approve, arbitrate and follow the shop floor without going back to the office.

Approve and arbitrate without going back to the office

Challenge : A plant director on a round has to decide on a manufacturing order launch or an urgent purchase request without waiting to be at a workstation.

Outcome

Decisions made on the spot

Approval happens from the app; every decision is time-stamped and traced in Core ERP.

Impact

Fewer back-and-forths

The manager arbitrates during the round and management finds the history of decisions.

Industries

One ERP for fifteen trades

Each sector has its own standards and traceability constraints; each page says what AVIA ERP covers there.

AVIA in action

Four situations taken from the product: an instruction or a spreadsheet becomes a check the system enforces.

1 / 4

Purchasing: approval follows the amount

Without a system check: The approval threshold lives in an instruction or a spreadsheet; how it is applied depends on who enters the order.

With AVIA: Firming is refused until an approval at the required level is given. The message states the amount, the threshold and the expected level.

AVIA ERP dashboard: the action centre flags 103 critical stock items, 2 late manufacturing orders and 14 nonconformities

Inventory: from alert to purchase request

Without a system check: The minimum stock is watched in a file; the purchase request is prepared separately.

With AVIA: The item appears in the stock alerts, ranked critical or to watch, with direct access to create the purchase request.

Demonstration tenant screenshot: the dashboard action centre flags 103 critical stock items.

Quality: no closure without a corrective action

Without a system check: A nonconformity can be closed without the correction being attached or verified.

With AVIA: Closure is refused until a corrective action is attached — and, if the company chooses, until it is verified.

Lean: a series changeover becomes a SMED study

Without a system check: Series changeovers are known to cost time, without operations being sorted into internal and external.

With AVIA: A SMED study is opened on that workstation: each operation is classed internal or external, with its current duration, its improved duration and a target changeover time.

Industrial diagnostic

How it runs

  1. You describe a process

A purchase approval, a series changeover, an incoming inspection: the process of your choice, as it happens at your company.

  2. We model it live in AVIA

Business rule, approval workflow, statuses: we configure in front of you, and we separate what configuration already covers from what would need a product change.

  3. You leave with a written summary

The current process, the rule, the workflow, the indicators and the improvement lead, in a document you can share internally.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What is a business rule in an ERP?

It is a condition the system checks automatically when a document is entered or validated: an amount above a threshold, a missing mandatory field, a closed accounting period. If the condition is not met, the ERP refuses the action or flags it.

Do you offer on-premise installation?

Yes, with the On-Premise pack: AVIA ERP is deployed on your own servers, with data sovereignty and residency. Deployment takes 6 to 12 weeks.

How does legacy data migration work?

Our team structures a custom migration plan. We import your history, clients, and catalogs for a seamless transition.

Is the mobile app included?

Absolutely, every license includes access to our mobile application for shop floor operators.

How long does deployment take?

Between 2 and 4 weeks for the Essentiel and Professionnel packs, between 6 and 12 weeks for Enterprise and On-Premise.
