Administration & settings
Manage the users, permissions, integrations and compliance of your AVIA ERP tenant.
Users and roles
The tenant administrator goes to Settings → Users to invite colleagues, assign roles and revoke access. Roles determine which entries appear in the sidebar (production, finance, CRM, etc.).
- Email invitation with a first sign-in link
- Editable predefined roles (granular RBAC)
- Azure AD / SAML SSO depending on plan (Expert)
- Redis session invalidation on critical changes
Modules & licences
Active modules depend on your plan (Essential, Advanced, Expert). The Settings → Modules screen lists the deployed features: production management, advanced accounting, BI, CRM mailing, tax filing, etc.
See the pricing for pack details, or contact support for an à-la-carte extension.
Integrations
Common settings under Settings → Portal access and email:
| Integration | Configuration |
|---|---|
| Landing sync | /api/erp-sync URL + shared API key |
| Transactional email | Azure Communication Services, SendGrid, Mailgun or SMTP |
| Paddle (subscriptions) | Landing webhook + live keys in .env.production |
| Power BI | Dataset connector through the Reports module |
1. Azure Communication Services
2. SendGrid
3. Mailgun
4. SMTP fallbackSecurity & audit
Every sensitive action (work-order approval, accounting entry, role change) is logged. The superadmin and the tenant audit let you trace who changed what and when.
- JWT sessions with expiry and renewal
- HTTPS mandatory in production (Plesk + Let's Encrypt)
- PostgreSQL schema isolation per tenant
- Scheduled backups (
BACKUP_HOST_DIRsetting)
Compliance
AVIA ERP supports ISO 9001 requirements, lot/serial traceability and quality modules via AV Core Quality (NC, CAPA, FMEA). French accounting (FEC, tax filing) is covered by the Finance modules.
