Getting started
Sign in to the ERP portal, get familiar with the modular navigation and identify the roles that suit your organisation.
Portal access
AVIA ERP is used through the Cloud portal portal.aviaerp.com. Each company gets an isolated tenant (a dedicated PostgreSQL schema) with its own users, items and history.
- Create an account or sign in via Log in from the marketing site.
- Verify your email if sign-up requires it (SSO or email/password flow depending on configuration).
- On first login, the dashboard shows production, sales and alert KPIs according to your rights.

Navigation
The sidebar groups the business domains. The main entries match the modules deployed on your tenant:
| Area | Menu examples |
|---|---|
| Production | Work orders, bills of materials, planning, MES, Kanban |
| Sales | Quotes, customer orders, invoicing, CRM |
| Purchasing & inventory | Purchase requests, receipts, stocktakes, MRP |
| Accounting | General ledger, balance sheet, VAT, period close |
| Reports | CFO cockpit, BI, consolidation, report builder |
Use the global search (shortcut depending on your browser) to jump straight to a work order, a customer or an item.
Roles and permissions
Rights are managed through IAM roles: each user only sees the authorised modules (production only, sales + finance, tenant admin, etc.). The administrator configures roles in Settings → Users.
- Shop-floor operator — Operator terminal, time booking, quantity declarations
- Team leader / methods — Production management, bills of materials, planning
- Sales — Quotes, orders, project tracking
- CFO / management control — Accounting, executive reports, margins
- Administrator — Tenant configuration, integrations, audit
Typical path — from quote to invoice
A complete industrial flow in AVIA ERP usually follows these steps:
Quote → invoice → work order path

1. Créer le devis
Saisissez les lignes articles, validez les montants et suivez le statut commercial.
See the Production management module for work-order details and the Mobile section for the shop floor.
