Mobile ecosystem
AVIA ERP offers two complementary apps connected in real time to the Core ERP. They share the same tenant, the same work orders and the same IAM rights (with dedicated profiles).

Application Manager
Key features for mobile oversight:
- OEE, workload and late work-order dashboards per site
- Approving or postponing work orders and quick arbitration
- Critical notifications (delay, stock-out, quality NC)
- Access to article records and simplified histories
Compatible with iOS and Android. Sign in with portal credentials or company SSO.
Terminal Opérateur
Designed for production stations and shop-floor tablets:
- List of operations assigned to the signed-in operator
- Start / pause / end of operation with a built-in timer
- Reporting produced quantities, scrap and reasons
- Display of assembly guides and quality instructions
- Barcode scanning of articles and batches (hardware dependent)
Clock-ins feed the MES and cost prices in the MRP immediately.
Deployment
The apps connect to the portal URL (portal.aviaerp.com or an on-prem instance). The administrator enables the mobile modules in the tenant settings and assigns the terminal or manager roles.
